WE WILL PROVIDE A TEAM TO WORK ON EVERY CASE. The team will include at least one senior attorney with substantial trial experience and at least one lawyer who specializes in representing clients facing the specific charges alleged in the case. Other members of the team may include lawyers specializing in scientific evidence or jury selection, investigators, doctors and other experts, and other consultants. The specific membership of the team will be dictated by the nature of the specific case.
WE WILL TAKE THE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT. There are many different ways to handle every case, some good and some not so good. But while each case is different, the one thing that remains the same is that all good strategies take time to develop and implement. It takes time to track down leads in an investigation, to locate and interview exculpatory witnesses, to research and prepare persuasive motions and arguments, to properly defend a client's case. Cutting corners, taking short cuts and doing a "good enough" job will never be good enough.
WE WILL PROVIDE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CLIENT SERVICE POSSIBLE. The case is the client's, not the lawyer's. The client has the most at stake in the case and the most information necessary to properly defend the case. We will listen and be responsive to the needs of the clients which always involve more than merely 'winning' a specific case.
WE WILL MAINTAIN THE UTMOST PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL TIMES. Like it or not, the lawyer's appearance, behavior and aptitude reflects on the client in the eyes of the judge, the jury and the prosecutor. In order achieve the best result possible for a client, we will enhance, not detract from, the client's image of honesty, credibility, innocence and reasonableness.
WE WILL FOLLOW THROUGH AND BE COMPLETELY TRUTHFUL. A lawyer's word is his bond. If he explains to a jury that he will provide an alibi witness during trial, an alibi witness must testify. If the lawyer tells a prosecutor he will call tomorrow to discuss a plea bargain, he will call. If the lawyer asks a judge for a continuance because witnesses are not available, he will not be stretching the truth. If a lawyer has been less than candid with the courts or the prosecutors in the past, they remember. They will not believe him, and he will not be able to represent the interests of the client.
